From our growing community
“My private yoga lesson with Nicole was phenomenal.
I arrived with a tight body, my breath shallow and constrained. I left feeling lose uplifted and happy. Nicole combines a deep knowledge of the body with loving spiritual energy. I felt safe and seen under her care. I know I'll be strengthened and transformed for the months ahead as I work with her.”
“Nicole is the real deal!
A truly gifted yoga teacher and healer. My life has changed in so many wonderful ways since wandering into one of her classes over a year ago. Portal 18 is a beautiful healing sanctuary right here in Oakland!”
“Nicole’s Kundalini classes have changed my life!
I always walk out of them feeling more confident in my body and about my place in this world. The studio itself is comfortable, warm, inviting. I feel really lucky to live next door to Portal 18.”
“Beautiful yoga studio tucked away in the Jingletown arts district.
Walking distance to Park Street bridge. Small class size with personal attention. I'm a beginner and the class I took was truly hard enough for students at all levels. I did not feel like a wimp for resting. Nicole encouraged me to listen to my body and made me feel welcome.”
“Nicole's Kundalini Yoga class is my Sunday tradition.
This space is a truly personal experience of yoga. She is a caring and compassionate instructor with a working professional knowledge of yoga. Fully recommend, go and check them out!!!
